Some Sims 2 houses by me

Please understand that as busy as I am at the moment, I would show only 1 or 2 pics of each house, resized for the forum.
My Alsatian farm created in 2015, fully furnished. The exterior architecture is typical of an Alsatian farm, the way they were built still in the 19th century.
I created the Alsatian "Welcome" lady - Such standing iron made figures could be found in some villages, still in the 70s, but rusty from the rain. They could indicate a shop or just saying to visitors that the family living in a farm is Alsatian, therefore also speaking Alsatian.
"Chez Isabelle", after the house where my childhood friend Isabelle lived with her parents, grand-mother and three sisters.

Wow! Those houses are really nice. Have you ever created a château?
P.S. There's no need to resize anything - the forum does it automatically.

No, I never created a castle. I often more created medieval huge manors when I had only Maxis content. I am very careful when building, hoping to prevent a lot from crashing, with the family or only one Sim inside, also because of high poly furniture.
However here is an old small church in the woods which I loved to create and furnish. I just love such historical churches turned into a house to live in. We have such abandoned small churches (chapels) in Alsace deserving renovation... With imagination they'd take me back in ancient times of legends and tales. As you can notice I added a big bunch of trees and plants, it's what I love to do as well.
And here is the rarest makeover of a Helgasims mansion (originally called 5th avenue - I still have the original lot which is unfurnished). I used Mootilda's lot adjuster to reduce the size of the lot. So... again with many many trees, flowers, etc.
Now a house which is typical of what really like to create, almost reminding of a sort of "lost paradise", because of the wilderness - and rather with very simple furniture inside, mix of modern and oldish. This house is more of what I'd dream of, personally, a place to hide with only nature as company, away from cities and noise, and letting plants grow where they want :
